Are You Living Your Best Life?
In our modern-day lives, especially during these turbulent and stressful times, more and more people are finding it difficult to adequately fulfill their roles at home and work. Many are struggling to find balance or even function as well as they once did. Somewhere between work deadlines, news headlines, and family responsibilities, people lose site of themselves, then one day realize they’re unhappy and barely functioning. Sound familiar?
Our mission at Purposeful Growth & Wellness is to help you work through the things that are blocking you from living your best life. So how do we do that?
Whatever stage or season of life you’re in, our approach is to work with you to tailor a treatment plan that’s unique to you. We work with children, teens and adults struggling to set boundaries and navigate whatever challenges they face. We encourage our clients to broaden their perspective through a growth mindset.
When working with children, we often use creative art and play therapy techniques that allow them to open up in ways they might not in traditional talk therapy. By providing a safe space, your child will develop skills to break through barriers in their lives.
Together we’ll work to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with systemic, evidence-based strategies, getting you closer to the life you’ve always wanted.
