Family Therapy
“Ohana means family. Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.”

BREAK YOUR UNHEALTHY PATTERNS & REBUILD YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
When working with families, we view things systemically, meaning that we look at the whole family system. While there are individual people within the family, the family unit can only break patterns that are keeping them stuck by understanding each other and addressing how individual interactions impact the family as a whole.
Working with your entire family allows us to understand, from an objective, third-party perspective, your family’s dynamics. We’ll use those insights to help each person within the family to work together and improve your relationships with each other.
